Shipping
We offer FREE shipping on orders over $200 before tax. Under $200 (before tax), shipping is $25 CAD, and sent via Canada Post Expedited Service.​ We always try to find the lowest priced shipping option for you, if it ends up being less than $25, we will apply a credit to purchasing payment method.

All orders that are placed Tuesday-Friday before 2pm EST will begin processing that day (this excludes holidays) and usually ship within 2 business days pending availability and payment verification. All orders placed after 2PM EST will be processed the following business day. We will contact you by email if the product you have selected is currently out of stock, or if we need any additional verification.
We promise we do everything possible to get your order shipped quickly.

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number for your order once it has shipped.

Delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays, or any statutory holidays.

Pick Up
We always offer FREE pick up Tips Nail Bar - 848 Danforth Avenue often on the next business day - once we are able to verify payment. We will notify you by email / text as soon as it is ready.
Returns
Unopened products can be returned for a full refund to the original payment method within 7 days of purchasing. Please note, your original shipping charges are not refundable.
To process a return, please email info@tipsnailbar.ca with your order number and reason for your return.
