We just wanted to give you a heads up on some changes we have had to make to our online booking policies. We love the fact that so many of our guests take advantage of online booking. It is so fast and easy. In the past few months, we have had quite a few new guests create profiles, book in for services and then not show up. Thus leaving us with large gaps in our schedules that would have otherwise been filled by guests that wanted an appointment (which is so unfortunate). This has forced us to make changes to how our system works for the time being.

We have always had a 24 hour cancellation policy and for the most part, people get it and respect it, which we are so grateful for.

 

If you are a new friend (yay! welcome!) you'll create your profile, input your billing information and book your appointment. Once booked, we will require a non-refundable deposit. We will send you a link via Square, the amount will be added as a credit to your account. If you need to cancel, move the time or reschedule, just be sure to give us 24 hours notice. The amount will remain in your Tips account as a credit until you have the chance to use it. This won't be forever, just until you get to know us and our policies.
