Microblading for Eyebrows is the New Semi-Permanent Tattoo

Microblading for Eyebrows is the New Semi-Permanent Tattoo!

Microblading also referred to, as 3D Brow Embroidery or Microstroking is the best alternative to makeup or even other permanent makeup procedures. It looks very natural, and yields natural, crisp strokes that give the illusion of real hair. Microblading for eyebrows is the NEW semi-permanent tattoo.

A metal hand tool with fine needles is used to create, crisp hair-like strokes. A custom blended pigment is then implanted into the skin’s surface (about 1mm). Microblading will generally last to 1 to 3 years (results will vary depending on the clients exposure to sun, resistance to pigment and skin regimen).

This method is great for anyone wanting to enhance or reconstruct the look of their brows! No more smudged brows and no more spending 20 minutes stressing every morning trying to make them right!

Microblading / 3D Brow Embroidery is perfect for the following:
·      Hair loss or lack of definition
·      Thin brows caused by years of over tweezing
·      Chemotherapy or Alopecia
·      Correcting asymmetry
·      Active lifestyles
·      Trouble with or tired of applying conventional makeup

What to expect:

When you arrive, Emma (your brow technician) will do a short consultation with you and apply a topical anesthetic to numb the area. She will then draw in your brows using a makeup pencil so you can have an idea of how your eyebrows will look.

Over the next hour, fine hair-like strokes will then be added to the skin using a sterile, disposable blade. You may initially feel a bit of discomfort in the beginning but this will subside pretty quickly.

A custom blended pigment will then be applied to the area and left on for 15 minutes. After wiping off the pigment, Emma will inspect your brows and make additions if necessary.

When complete, your brows will be topped with coconut oil as a balm.

The next few days your brows will go on a bit of a ride. You’ll wake up on day 2 and your brows will be darker than you would expect. Don’t panic! This is part of the healing process and you’ll notice they start to lighten on Day 3.
Rinse your brows with water only, try and keep your face dry in the shower and you’ll heal much faster and pigment loss will be minimal.
On day 4 or 5, depending on how quickly your brows are healing, you may feel a bit itchy, DO NOT scratch them, just reapply some healing balm!
By day 10, your brows should be pretty much healed!

In approximately 30-45 days, you’ll want to book in for a touch-up appointment. This is included in your initial service. Emma will fill in area that may have lost pigment or any areas that need to be filled in.

Pricing:
The Microblading / Eyebrow Embroidery procedure is $600 (+HST) – Initial procedure + post follow-up appointment and healing cream.
We are now booking into September 2017. If you would like to come in for a consultation, book an appointment for September, or if you have questions, email us at [email protected] or give us a call at 416-405-8477
